Cats of the Oakland Zoo

Large cats are beautiful and elusive, mysterious and majestic, full of power and wildness. Join Oakland Zoo Keepers to find out what these cats eat, where they sleep and what they do for fun. Hear about the life of a lion and tiger keeper. Discover the vital role the Oakland Zoo has played in rescuing these cats and what it takes to give these majors predators a humane and healthy forever home.

Members $10.00-$20.00 sliding scale / Non-Members $12.00-$20.00 sliding scale.

Location

Zimmer Auditorium. Please park in the Lower Parking Lot and proceed to the Maddie's Center for Science and Education. Pass through the glass doors on the ground level and enter the lobby.
