All rental rates are the same for all parties, including non-profits. You must rent the Snow Building for a minimum of 5 hours. You may opt to add additional hours to your reservation at an additional hourly rate.

Additional Hourly Rate:

Maximum Capacity: 175 seated / 250 standing.
Rental Hours / Availability: Weekdays: 8:00am - 12:30am, Weekends: 10:00am to 12:30am (12:00am youth events).
Required Security: $30.00 per hour per guard. Your party may not require security.
Optional Security: $30.00 per hour per guard. Your party may not require secrity.
Kitchen Access: $300.00
Tables: 5' tables for $8.00 each.
Equipment: 1 hand crafted statesman podium is available for rent for $25.00
Discounted Parking Passes: $5.00 per pass.
Discounted Admission Passes: Adults: $13.75 / Seniors (65+) and Children (2-14): $9.75
