Unsure what to do with your child during their school's Spring Break? Send them to us!

Spring Break ZooCamp runs Monday - Thursday during the Spring Break weeks most common among East Bay school districts. This year we are offering two day workshops. Curriculum is designed so that campers can register for a Monday - Tuesday workshop and a Wednesday - Thursday workshop without repeating activities. We are not offering programs on Fridays. Participants must be currently enrolled in Kindergarten - 5th grade. Program hours are 9:00am - 4:00pm, with optional before and after care.

March 25-26 or April 1-2: Zoofari
Are you ready for an adventure? Join us for a two day expedition around the Oakland Zoo. We'll tour zoo exhibits, make treats for the animals, play games, sing songs, get to meet some animals up close, and make new friends. This program is a great introduction for kids who have not participated in our full week summer camp. For our returning campers, we've included some of our most popular activities. Just remember, when animals are involved, you'll never have the same experience twice.

March 27-28 or April 3-4: Nature Play
What can you find under a rock in the creek? How many ladybugs can you find? The day will fly by as kids tour the zoo, explore Knowland Park, build forts, look for bugs, and come nose to nose with nature.

$110.00 for current Oakland Zoo members / $120.00 for non-members.

• Before care is available from 8:00am - 9:00am for an additional $5.00 per day.
• After care is available from 4:00pm - 5:30pm for an additional $10.00 per day.
• Parking fees are waived for people dropping off or picking up ZooCamp participants.

• Classes are designed for children to participate independently. Parents are not allowed to stay with their children.

All ZooCamp registration is online through Thriva. This secure website database will keep your credit card information safe and make it easy to register the same participant for multiple programs. Our registration system requires payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover).

If you are ready you can register for ZooCamp now. If you've already used Thriva to register for ZooCamp or ZooKids and you can't remember your account information, you can find out your Username and Password.

• If you cancel with more than 2 weeks notice, you will receive a 90% refund.
• If you cancel with less than 2 weeks but more than 1 week before your class, you will receive 50% refund.
• Sorry, no refunds will be issued for cancellations within seven days of your class.
• No refunds are issued due to camper absences, including absences due to illness.
• There is no fee or penalty for transferring from one class to another within the same school break camp program if space is available; however, if you register online for a new class then cancel your original registration, the standard cancellation fees apply.
