To celebrate Father's Day, Dads get to ride the train for free at the Oakland Zoo. Bring dear old Dad to the Zoo for fun day filled with animal exploration.  Check out the tortoises in the Wayne and Gladys Valley Children's Zoo. Did you you know one of the tortoises is more than 100 years old? What about the bats - have you seen our Fruit Bats? These animals are amazing to watch - and if you get to their exhibit early in the morning, you may get to watch them eat.  Yes, a Fruit Bat does eat upside down and it's pretty cool to watch.
