Homeschool Day!

It’s that time again! The Oakland Zoo’s Spring Homeschool Day is here! Please join us for new, more interactive, more hands-on workshops, stations and presentations. This season’s Homeschool Day will feature the following workshops:

TOT TOUR
10am-12pm Ages 5 and under (strollers ok)

NATIVE CALIFORNIA (at the on-site Arroyo Viejo Creek) 9:30am-12pm Ages 6 and up

ANIMAL COVERINGS: what to wear instead of hair 9:30-12pm Ages 5 and up

WILDLIFE CAREERS: a day in the life of a zookeeper 9:30am-12pm Ages 10 and up (parental supervision not required)

SELF GUIDED TOURS 10am-3pm All ages

OTHER ACTIVITIES INCLUDE: Enrichment Workshop Learn about enrichment and make some fun things for the animals to play with.

Wildlife Theatre Presentation Join us in the Wildlife Theatre in the afternoon for a live animal presentation.
