Uganda Trip

Conservation in Action: Uganda trip still accepting participants! Join Oakland Zoo staff in October 2008 to experience the wonder of wildlife in Uganda and Rwanda! Trip activities will include chimpanzee tracking, mountain gorilla trekking, boat rides on the Nile, game drives, as well as service projects with the Budongo Forest Project and Kibale Fuel Wood Project.

Join us for an informational meeting Wednesday, May 14 at 7:00 pm in Classroom 2 of Maddie’s Center for Science and Environmental Education, located at the zoo’s lower entrance.
