Join Friends of the Wild through monthly giving
A monthly gift of $84 or more means you can enjoy the Zoo’s most generous benefits as a Friend of the Wild, including free transferable daytime admission for any four adults and four children. Friends of the Wild ensure the wellbeing of Oakland Zoo’s resident animals, enable us to save wildlife locally and globally, and support meaningful community engagement and learning.
Currently giving monthly to Oakland Zoo via Paypal?
We have moved to an improved provider for monthly giving. Here’s how you can help us make the switch:
- Click here to initiate a new monthly gift.
- Cancel your existing PayPal monthly giving donation by logging into your PayPal account. Please note, we are unable to cancel monthly gifts on your behalf.
- Go to the Settings toggle in the top right hand corner.
- Open the Payments tab on the white menu bar.
- Select the Automatic Payments button.
- Under the Autopay and active section, you will see an Oakland Zoo option to select.
- Once selected, scroll to the bottom of the payment information and click Remove PayPal as payment method to confirm cancellation.
