Our last Behind the Scenes – Live & Interactive! broadcast will be on June 10th, as we are now in planning stages of re-opening Oakland Zoo once again. While we are sorry we won’t be able to engage with you through our daily interactive show, we are very excited to see you here at the Zoo – live and in person, very soon!
While our exact date to re-open to the public is yet to be determined, we expect to welcome you, your friends, and family back sometime this summer. We are busy planning with all Zoo departments on precautionary measures and protocols for the health and safety of our guests, staff and animals. We promise to keep you updated in the coming weeks.
Behind the Scenes – Live & Interactive! allows you to experience the Zoo from home and support the animals during the COVID-19 closure. YES, you can still subscribe anytime before June 10, but depending on when you subscribe (or renew your existing subscription, there will be no pro-rated charges for less than 30 days of service. That means, if you sign up or renew anytime between now and June 10, you will be charged for the full month. We are grateful for your subscription and are thrilled to bring the Zoo to you, at home.
