Boo at the Zoo

About the Event

Calling all ghosts, goblins, and witches - join us for Boo at the Zoo!

Grab a program as you enter the Zoo and follow the clues on our self-guided scavenger hunt to trick-or-treat for animal Trading Cards throughout the Zoo. Upon completing your scavenger hunt, collect a special edition Trading Card and a fair trade organic chocolate from our presenting sponsor TCHO chocolate.

Remember to dress in costume (no inflatable costumes - they can scare the Zoo animals) when you visit to enter in our in-person costume contest or tag Oakland Zoo on social media to be entered in our virtual costume contest. Winners will receive great prizes from local Oakland organizations!
