"A Flight Plan for the California Condor' is a 30-minute documentary film created by Oakland Zoo. The film took more than two years to make and highlights the plight of the California Condor, a bird that nearly went extinct in the 1980s. The film follows the history of the California Condor, its struggle, and what's being done right now to save this highly endangered species.
Oakland Zoo is proud to join organizations throughout California and the West Coast including Ventana Wildlife Society, Los Angeles Zoo, San Diego Zoo, and Pinnacles National Park to protect this majestic bird.
